ShinePay Warranty and Return Policy

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with ShinePay for any reason you may send your ShinePay Spark Receiver back to us within 30 days for a full refund of hardware and parts not including labor.

Return Policy Process

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returned ShinePay products. Email support@getshinepay.com with the following information to obtain an RMA:

  1. Customer Name
  2. Where the device was purchased
  3. Receipt or Invoice
  4. Device Serial Number
  5. Reson for returning the device

Exchanges

In the event that you obtain a different machine model and would like to exchange your ShinePay Spark or harness, we will be glad to do so with a $15 processing fee + shipping. For Exchanges please email support@getshinepay.com with the following information to obtain an exchange RMA:

  1. Customer Name
  2. Where the device was purchased
  3. Receipt or Invoice
  4. Device Serial Number
  5. Spark or harness you would like to exchange for

Warranty

The ShinePay Spark Receiver is backed by a 1 year non-renewable warranty from the date of delivery for parts only.

In the event that a ShinePay Spark malfunctions, ShinePay will promptly mail the owner a replacement which will reset a 1 year warranty upon delivery.

Warranty Replacement Process

If you believe you have a malfunctioning ShinePay Spark, we strongly recommend that you test your hardware with multiple machines before requesting a replacement. Returned hardware found to be functional may be returned to the sender at their expense with no credit given. Any product found to be tampered with, damaged, abused, or misused with signs of negligence will have its warranty voided.
